Important news and updates form the internet marketing warrior

Wow!

It's been a while since my last post. But I have to say that it was for a good reason.

Here's the low down.

When I started this blog it was with one reason in mind.

To give my readers ( that's you) top notch how to information.

And the only way I can do that is if I stay on top of what's hot and what's not.

I'm only one person and there's only so many hours in the day...but I do what I can.

Anyway...

Over the past oh..month and a half..I've been on a tear.

Reading, buying, learning everything I could about how to use internet marketing to grow your business.

and what I've come away with would take some people years of study to learn..not to mention the cost..geesh..just thinking about that gets me disy.

Yet I'm going to share with you some of the incredible ideas and tools I've come across in that time.

Discover how I used this article internet marketing strategy to bring free traffic to my site

Do you know how to get hundreds or even thousands of people to come to your site without paying a single penny for it?

If you don't then this post is for you.

Let me explain...

I discovered a couple of years ago how to get traffic to my site without out paying for it by luck really. I was getting low on cash and was considering shutting down my website..when one day while discussing my problem with a friend he mentioned that since I liked to write that I should submit my articles to an article directory...

What he said completely flew over my head...I said..what is an article directory...and how much will it cost me to join.

Now imagine my surprise when he said that they were free to join and I could post as many quality articles as I liked.

Well, I'm no genius, but he didn't have to tell me twice.

So I went on a streak of writing a new article everyday for 30 days.

After that I made it a habbit to write at least one new article every week.What happened next nearly floored me.

In my signature box I would often advertise different products or services I was affiliated with when I wasn't advertising my own site. As time went on, I started to get notices from the affiliate programs that I had a new sale. One here one there and so on and so forth. Now it wasn't earth shattering numbers to begin with..but it was consistent.

Now if you want to learn how to get free traffic this is just one of the many strategies you can use to do so.

The idea here is to create an article about a problem your target market is facing. Next after you've shown them what life will be like having this problem- you'll want to then let them know there is a solution..primarily in your product or service.

After you've done that lead them to your signature box for more information.

Here's a quick tip.

What you offer in your signature box should be a direct extension of what you talked about in your article.

For example..if you wrote an article about how to create an ecourse using autoresponders...then a logical extension in you r signature box would be an autoresponder service.

Ok..since this blog is relatively new..this will be my first rant if you will...

Now...before I tell you what I'm ranting about let me first say this...I am a true fan of marketing. I like to study what works what doesn't and why. Once I've answered those questions, I pass it on to people like yourself.

Anyway...my issue is with fire sales...you've probably seen them before. Where some marketer claims that he or she has some highly sought after information that they are basically giving away because of their ridiculously low price. And you better get them now because they only have 100 copies available..and once thery're gone they will never offer anything like it again.

Don't buy it...it's a scam..

Yep...it's a quick way to plant the seed of urgency into your mind and an easy way to get you to make an emotional decision.

Why do they do this?

Because they know that it's part of your human nature to use your emotions first and justify your purchase later with logic. But by then it's too late.

What these marketers should do instead of having a fire sale is provide honest, useful, quality content that their readers can use. Then there wouldn't be no need for fire sales. Their customers would be eagerly awaiting their next product.

Today I want to talk about something that's very important to the future of your online profits.

Whether you're making $100 a month or $5000 a month - the principle will still remain the same.

There's no way around it...no matter how good your conversion tactics might be...if no one ever shows up then it doesn't matter.

Make your site helpful to human readers. If you do that..you will do fine. When you try to outsmart the search engines you'll go broke buying the latest and greatest thingy that simply won't work..or it won't work for long...

Create a content rich site and the search engines will reward you by displaying your site when people search for that kind of information.

==> Articles

Without a doubt marketing your site with articles is the #1 free traffic method. And the best part about using this method is that you don't have to write like stephen king to do well either.

All you have to do is write a short article... about 500 words wok best...

You'll need to describe the problem that they're facing and also provide ways to solve that problem.

Once your article is written you can submit it to article directories, ezines, and other website owners..

Next, write and submit an article at least once a week..and pretty soon you'll have interested visitors coming to your site.

The Internet Marketers Secret Headline Writing Formula

Ever wonder how some of those high traffic websites get people to read their long salesletters?
